November and December are always busy times for KTC with Christmas a popular deadline for the submission of planning applications. Deadlines now mostly complete we have time to reflect of a couple of recent successes. Last month we were very pleased to learn that Cotswold Homes had received planning permission for a 113 dwelling residential scheme in Bishops Cleeve, Tewkesbury on which we have been providing transport advice. We look forward to the development starting soon.
KTC has also provided transport advice on a much needed affordable homes scheme for 21 dwellings at Hornbeam Close, Bradley Stoke in South Gloucestershire for LiveWest. The planning application received a resolution to grant permission subject to a S106 agreement late last month.
